1. Install gtk-qt-engine-kde4
2. Go to System-Settings -> Appearance -> GTK Styles and Fonts
3. Select Use my KDE style in GTK applications option
4. Apply, log off and log on to KDE.

Great now I can use synaptics as if it was like a kde app. :p
